Here’s a Weight Watchers-friendly cottage cheese NO BAKE protein packed cookie dough recipe that’s low in points and high in protein.

No bake protein packed cookie dough

This recipe makes a no-bake dough that’s safe to eat and perfect for a healthy treat.

Two weight watchers points per 1/2 cup serving!!

Ingredients:

  •  1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour for a different texture)
  •  2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (like this really delish PB2 powder)
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener of choice (like Stevia or monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70 mini lilys dark chocolate chips (use sugar-free or dark chocolate for fewer points)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and stir in the almond flour, powdered peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency. Add more almond flour if the mixture is too sticky.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  •  Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm up, then enjoy!

Serving Size and Points:
• Makes about 4 servings.
• Points per serving: ~2 WW points
