Oatmeal Apple Cinnamon Muffins

I saw someone post the other day about making 1 point muffins with lower sugar oatmeal, unsweetened applesauce, and eggs. I decided to try it today and I think they are pretty good!
Definitely not as sweet as a regular muffin would be and the texture is more dense, but for me it satisfies that carb/pastry craving I get every now and then.

Ingredients
2 packages of Quaker lower sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal
1 package of Quaker lower sugar cinnamon spice oatmeal
1.5 cups of Great Value unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, pour into your muffin tin (I sprayed mine with Pam because I don’t use liners) and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
