One pot sautéed vegetables with tofu

thank you for sharing your recipe with us   Nicole

I literally sauté my favorite zero vegetables in 1 tablespoons of olive oil with my favorite seasoning! And in this dish I added tofu! I often add garlic! Delicious!

All you need are these ingredients

1 pack Tofu
zucchini
mushrooms
garlic
add spices like  curry, cumin and turmeric seasoning!
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
I don’t measure anything but the olive oil (1 tablespoons). I cut up the veggies and sauté them. Add garlic and/or seasoning and sometimes water if needed. Add an already cooked protein if desired. I usually grilled or baked protein before hand and chop it up and toss it in.

In this recipe I sautéed the tofu along with the vegetables this time. It really is that simple.

And this while pot is just 1 tablespoon of oil! Healthy and virtually point free!
