Ingredients:
¾ cup fat free cottage cheese (room temp)
1 large egg (room temp)
30 Lilys chocolate chips
2 tablespoons Unsweetened dark cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut butter powder (mix with water for consistency)
2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and chocolate chips blend again until creamy.
Pour into 2 greased ramekins and drizzle peanut butter on top.
Bake 35–40 mins, cool, then chill before serving.
