peanut butter Chocolate Chip Muffins

Thanks to tracey who changed a recipe for blueberry muffins a little bit to make 1 weight watchers point peanut butter Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Ingredients

Banana
1 medium
Egg
1 large
Kirkland Signature Almond Flour
2 tbsp(s)
PB & Me
No sugar added powdered peanut butter
2 tbsp(s)
Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein
buttermilk flapjack and waffle mix 1/2 cup(s)
Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup(s)
Premier Protein Vanilla Flavoured High
Protein Shake
1/2 bottle(s)
Lily’s Semi-sweet chocolate
baking chips
40 piece(s)
Baking powder
1/2 tsp(s)

Instructions

Combine all wet ingredients including the mashed up banana, add all dry ingredients and bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes!

Waiting to taste test to see how they are!

The PB powder and Almond flour are optional…
