Raspberry Zinger Poke Cake

Raspberry Zinger Poke Cake
This is the WW version we came up with. My husband gave it 2 thumbs up!


65 weight watchers point cake I did 20 pieces 3 pts each

Ingredients

Pillsbury zero sugar yellow cake mix
sub unsweetened applesauce for oil 40 pts. Mix simply delish raspberry jel
2 cup water
10oz SF raspberry preserves Skinny Girl
8 ounce container SF Cool Whip

Directions

1. Mix and bake cake (Pillsbury zero sugar yellow) according to pkg, subbing unsweetened applesauce for oil 40 pts. Cool about 30 min. Poke holes w end of wooden spoon (about an inch apart) 2. Mix raspberry jello w 1 cup boiling water until dissolved, add 1 cup cool water. Slowly pour over cake and into holes. 3. Stir well to spreadable consistency 10oz SF raspberry preserves. Spread over top of cake.
Skinny Girl 0 pts.
Refrigerate a few hours.
4. Ice with 8 ounce container SF Cool Whip 25 pts.

65 pt cake 15 pieces 4 pts ea.
I did 20 pieces 3 pts each
Can top a couple tbsp coconut shreds 3 pts.
