Tonight’s dinner Taco Pie was delish and we have leftovers for next week!

This is four weight watchers points per serving  makes six servings!

Ingredients
1 cup black beans
1 cup(s) onions (chopped)
Chili powder
1 Tbsp
Canned tomato sauce
14 oz
La Banderita Carb Counter Keto
Street Taco
4 tortilla(s)
Velveeta Shreds Mexican style cheddar blend
1 cup(s)
Frozen corn
10 oz
Jarred minced garlic
1 tsp
Ground cumin
1 Tbsp
Kosher salt
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 1⁄2 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
2 Brown black beans onion and chili powder in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add tomato sauce and corn, simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon 1 cup mixture in bottom of a round casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with 2 tortillas and top with 1/2 cups of the mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Add remaining 2 tortillas and cover with the rest of the mixture. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil, add remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
