The Easiest Banana bread

August 3, 2023 by Melissa Chapman 2 Comments

Banana Bread that I just took out of the oven. ZERO weight watchers points.
Here is everything you need

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
4 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes in a loaf pan sprayed with PAM and wiped out a little with a napkin.

Use a blender, I have a Ninja blender but a regular one will do. Mix all dry ingredients with vanilla and eggs and chickpeas first in the blender, THEN add cut up bananas and blend all together.

Notes: it is good. If you like it a little sweeter add 1 Tablespoon of Splendor Brown Sugar, it would still be zero because it’s so little sugar in that whole recipe. I sometimes do that, I forgot today because I haven’t made it in awhile. I just had a slice and it came out delicious. What do you have to lose, 3 bananas and 4 eggs. Lol.

I cooked for 50 minutes and it still seems like it isn’t done texture wise. Taste was good and super easy..
