Ingredients for one egg roll which is three points on Weight watchers

4 spray(s) Cooking spray
1wrap(s)Nasoya Egg roll wraps
2 personal points
1⁄3cup Lucky Leaf Pie Filling or Topping, Lite Apple 1 personal points
1tsp Ground cinnamon 0 personal points

Instructions

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, stir together the apples and cinnamon. Microwave, uncovered, until the apples are tender, stirring after 3 minutes.

Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat work surface with the corners set vertically (pointing up and down like a diamond shape). Moisten all edges of the wrapper with water. Spoon the hot filling horizontally across the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper to the center, over the filling. Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll up to seal.

Preheat air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F. Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Arrange the egg rolls in the basket, seam side down, and coat generously with cooking spray. Air-fry at 400°F until the tops are browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the egg rolls over, coat with cooking spray, and air-fry until browned, 4 to 5 minutes.

Place the egg rolls on a plate and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.

Make a batch, put them in the freezer, take one out when you’re ready for a sweet treat, spray both sides with butter flavored spray while still frozen, thaw for 10-15 minutes, air fry 6 minutes, flip, air fry another 2-3 minutes, allow to cool 1-2 minutes. I promise you will have flash backs to the days when McDonalds used to deep fry their apple pies. Crunchie outside, soft sweet apples inside.

Serving size: 1 egg roll
