Two Ingredient Dough Cinni-Minis

January 31, 2024 by Melissa Chapman Leave a Comment

Two Ingredient Dough Cinni-Minis

Thanks to Chrystal Strong for sharing her recipe and picture with us!!

This recipe makes 6 servings and each serving is 2 weight watchers points.

1 cup self- rising flour
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
I can’t believe it’s not butter spray
Cinnamon
2 Packets Monkfruit Sweetener

1. Mix the 2 ingredient dough using the flour and Greek yogurt. If it’s still sticky add small amounts of flour until it’s easy to work with. Mine needed another Tablespoon or so.
2. Weigh out the dough and separate into 6 equal portions for 2 pt rolls.
3. Roll out the section of dough into a small rectangle shape on parchment paper.
4. Spray 1-2 sprays on the “butter” and spread. Then spread a small layer of cinnamon mixed with Monkfruit sweetener.
5. Roll along the long edge making a log shape.
6. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 4 sections. Arrange the 4 rolls together on a baking sheet. Spray the top with a spray or two of the “butter” and top with a little more cinnamon.
7. Bake around 8-10 minutes in a 400 degree oven until they are as done as you like.
