Ingredients
500 grams REAL egg whites.
200 grams chobani plain nonfat Greek yogurt. 1 cup chopped broccoli,
2 chopped bell peppers,
1/2 chopped onion.
Very small spray of avocado oil
Add seasoning to veggies to taste

500 grams REAL egg whites.
200 grams chobani plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Whisk together.
Sautee 1 cup chopped broccoli, 2 chopped bell peppers, 1/2 chopped onion. Very small spray of avocado oil in the pan and in the 13×9 pan.
Add seasoning to veggies to taste as they’re sauteeing.
Move veggies to 13×9 pan. Then pour over the egg whites and yogurt mixture. Bake at 325 for 25 min.

Have not made this yet. Why do you vie the yogurt in grams and the veggies in cups? It makes it har to just measure out for those of us who don’t work with grams! If possible please stare the convert measurement. Thanks! Love your recipes!
