Weight Watchers Rice and Bean Bowl

This is very tasty. I’ve been making this, or some version of this, for quite some time now. It’s delicious! I switch up the seasonings and sometimes have it with garbanzo beans too.

Weight Watchers Rice and Bean Bowl

The best part it is that is has zero weight watchers points so dig in!

Ingredients 

  • 1 bag riced cauliflower
  • 1 can of dark red kidney beans
  • 1 can of black beans
  • A sprinkle of salt, pepper
  • Italian seasoning (Mediterranean style)

Instructions 

  • Prepare the riced cauliflower (that I bought in a bag in the fresh produce section of Publix)
  • Rinse the canned dark red kidney beans, rinse the canned black beans.
  • Add the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning Mediterranean style. All zero points and delicious 😋

Rice and Bean bowl
