These Air Fried a pickle chips are so good!

Hamburger pickle chips
30 chip(s), dill-variety (about 1 1/4 cups)
Egg(s) 1 item(s) (large), large
Panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup(s), gluten-free or regular
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Kosher salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp, freshly ground
Cooking spray 6 spray(s)

Instructions

Blot the pickles dry. In a small bowl, whisk the egg. In another small shallow bowl, combine the panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Using a fork, dip a pickle in the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off. Next, place the pickle in the panko and turn to coat. Transfer the breaded pickle to a plate and repeat with the remaining ingredients

Preheat an air fryer, if necessary, to 400℉. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the coated pickles in an even layer in the basket (cook in batches, if necessary). Coat the tops of the pickles with cooking spray and air fry until golden brown and crispy, 9 to 10 minutes.Serving size: 5 pickle chips
