Air fryer corn riblets
1 point
I kept seeing Air fryer corn riblets and decided I had to try it… omg 🤤🤤🤤 and the entire recipe is just one weight watchers point.

The trick is you don’t actually cut them off the cob. You cut through the cob. Works better if you cut in half lengthwise first.
Then stand up the cob and cut in quarters. The cob piece becomes the “bone” you cut the cob in quarters. The cob becomes like the “bones”
I’m sure it’s quicker, to microwave but you’re probably missing out on the texture. The little caramelized bits are heaven!
They call them riblets because the cob becomes like the bone and you eat them like you would ribs.
