Blueberry apple pie tart

thanks to Bonnie

Ingredients:

  • 2 large carb counter tortillas
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 packets Splenda
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp water
  • I can’t believe it’s not butter spray
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 whole red apple sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (frozen can work too though)

Instructions

  • In a pie dish spray with cooking spray lay 1 tortilla and press sides like a pie crust.
  • Cook in skillet over medium heat apples, 2 sprays butter, water, vanilla cinnamon, blueberries. Cook till apples is tender.
  • Pour in tortilla pie crust
  • Top second tortilla over apple mixture pressing the sides like a pie.
  • Cut slits on top spray with spray butter and sprinkle cinnamon.
  • Preheat oven on 350⁰
  • Place pie in oven cook for 12 minutes
  • Let cool
  • Slice serve with 2 TBSP zero sugar reddi wip

Pie with reddi wip= 5 points for the whole pie. Cut in 5 slices 1 point a slice (or just eat the whole thing, no judgment).
