Weight Watchers Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Quaker old fashioned oats (2pts)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • Drop of vanilla
  • Couple dashes of cinnamon
  • Couple drops of sugar-free maple syrup (you can use any sweetener you’d like, this is just what I grabbed)
  • Blueberries

Instructions 

  • Mash banana, mix in egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and syrup
  • Add oats, continuing to mix well
  • Spray a small individual ramekin or whatever you have
  • Pour mix in
  • Then I add my blueberries, sort of pushing them into the mix, leaving some for the top
  • Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

    This recipe looks so good . Can I use frozen blueberries in this recipe ? It didn’t say fresh or frozen 🙂
