Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Quaker old fashioned oats (2pts)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- Drop of vanilla
- Couple dashes of cinnamon
- Couple drops of sugar-free maple syrup (you can use any sweetener you’d like, this is just what I grabbed)
- Blueberries
Instructions
- Mash banana, mix in egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and syrup
- Add oats, continuing to mix well
- Spray a small individual ramekin or whatever you have
- Pour mix in
- Then I add my blueberries, sort of pushing them into the mix, leaving some for the top
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

This recipe looks so good . Can I use frozen blueberries in this recipe ? It didn’t say fresh or frozen 🙂
yes!! i might just let them sit out or microwave them a tiny bit before you use them in the recipe
