Blackberry Pie in a Jar

August 8, 2023 by Melissa Chapman Leave a Comment

🥧BLACKBERRY PIE IN A JAR 🥧

Thanks to Melanie for sharing with us!!! Her banana cream pies in a jar were a hit so I thought I’d try a new version with BLACKBERRY PIE IN A JAR. These are so good! You can adjust the points substantially by using less graham crackers but as written they’re 5 points each. That first bite… if I hadn’t watched myself make it, I’d have thought it was a slice of berry pie. This version also used sugar free cheesecake jello but I think it would be just as good, possibly better, with the sugar free vanilla.

Serves 6 / 5 pt each

-2 cups frozen berries, defrosted (mine were fresh and then frozen but can use just regular frozen)
-1 packet cheesecake sugar free jello made with 1.5 cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
-1/2 a tub fat free cool whip, defrosted
-13 graham crackers (or technically 28 because they’re measured by the small squares. Each big graham cracker has 4 small squares)

Layer jars evenly with berries, jello, and graham crackers. Finish with cool whip and more crushed graham cracker.
