Cheesy Cauliflower

3 points

This crowd-pleasing, comforting cheesy cauliflower vegetable dish features a mix of pungent cheeses that pair well with the mild sweetness of the cauliflower.

cheesy Cauliflower

The entire recipe has just three weight watchers points! The rich, nutty flavor of freshly grated Parmesan cheese pairs beautifully with cauliflower.

You can make this recipe in just 20 minutes and you only need a few ingredients, most of which you probably have on hand already.

This is one of the simplest, best ways to prepare cauliflower, and it’s so hands-off, you’ll find yourself reaching for this recipe again and again. You can try the same method with broccoli, baby carrots, and asparagus, too. When you want variety, use shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon fat free mayonnaise (if you hate FF mayo and want a light version, adjust your points… this one is SO GOOD)
  • 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Check out my Weight Watchers shopping list here.

Instructions

  • Boil Cauliflower in a pot of water 7 min.
  • Put in a dish with cooking spray and sprinkle any spices (garlic pepper parsley etc).
  • I mixed up the Mayo Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella in a bowl.
  • Cover the cauliflower with the cheeesy mayo mixture all over the cauliflower..
  • Bake 350 10-15 min.

This is my go-to healthy snack lately. So much fiber and flavor in one package.

    5 stars
The article shifts quickly into promoting Weight Watchers snacks and membership, which feels a bit out of Sprunki place compared to the cooking content.

Good information here, and it was easy to read from start to finish. I recently found Geo Dash while looking for browser games. I like how every level has its own layout and different obstacles. The music also fits the game really well, which makes it more enjoyable while playing through each stage.
