Chocolate Chip Muffins

These one point chocolate chips muffins right out of the oven smelled scrumptious! And tasted even better!

Makes 12 muffins.

Ingredients 

1.5 cups dark chocolate kodiak mix
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup water (give or take)
1/4 cup zero point granulated white sugar substitute
1 large egg (room temperature)
Lily’s semi sweet baking chips

Instructions 

Preheat oven to 375
Combine egg, water, applesauce and sugar substitute.
Add Kodiak pancake mix ant baking powder and stir until well combined.
Pour batter into 12 muffin pan (I use cooking spray but you can use liners).
Top with 4-6 Lily’s chips (0 points)
Bake 16-20 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
