Then this banana-sweetened, no-sugar added, microwave-mug cake is for you!

We add texture and flavor by stirring in chocolate chips but feel free to make it your own with your favorite type of berry, nut butter, and chocolate.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
2 spray(s)
Banana
½ medium
Egg
1 large egg(s)
Fat free skim milk
3 Tbsp
Vanilla extract
½ tsp
All-purpose flour
1 Tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp
Baking powder
¼ tsp
Table salt
⅛ tsp
Lilys chocolate chips
15 chips
Instructions
Lightly grease the inside of a microwave safe mug with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Stir in the egg. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine, then pour into prepared mug. Sprinkle in the chocolate chips.
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Serving size: 1 mug cake
