This recipes Serves 6 and each serving is Two points on weight watchers!
Ingredients
Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats 1 cup(s)
Lily’s Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips 60 chip(s)
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Light vegetable spread 2 1/4 Tbsp
Table salt 1/8 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Egg(s) 1 item(s) (large), large
Silk Unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk 6 Tbsp
Great Value Stevia 1/4 cup(s)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix together oats, salt and baking powder

Add melted butter, egg, sweetener, milk and chocolate chips

Mix until combined well.
Spray a muffin tin with non stick spray. Pour 5 batter evenly into 6 muffin cups. The cups should be very full.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Sides will be crispy and light brown. Store in fridge and heat up in the toaster oven! Enjoy!
