They taste like chocolate-PB cheesecake and store well for up to one week in the fridge—making them a smart make-ahead option for grab-and-go snacking.

PB2 The original powdered peanut butter
2 Tbsp
Fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
¾ package(s)

Baking Chips

Combine powdered peanut butter, yogurt and pudding mix in a large food processor; process until combined. Using a cookie or ice cream scooper scoop dough into 4 balls.
The recipe makes 4 cookie scoop sized balls.
