Copycat Red lobster cheddar biscuits

I Found this recipe and made it today and it literally tasted like copycat Red Lobster cheddar biscuits. Clearly less calories! and sooo delish!

Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits

These are two weight watchers points each. Recipe makes 8 servings.

Honestly, I love creating my favorite recipes but skinnier! i can have two biscuits for just four points!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup fat free Shredded cheddar cheese (I used Mexican blend)
  • 2 eggs
  • tsp sea salt
  • Pinch of oregano (not in recipe, I added)
  • Everything Bagel seasoning
  • cooking spray

Instructions

Mix all together and scoop ( I used 1/4 measuring cup) and put on greased with cooking spray parchment paper, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on each one before putting in oven.

This made about 8 for me. Bake at 370 for 28 min
