Cottage cheese pancakes Are zero weight watchers points!

Cottage cheese pancakes
I have been doing Weight Watchers now for the past few years and This is one of my absolute favorite breakfasts,

super filling and delicious! 0 points for 3 good-sized pancakes

If you love these Weight Watchers recipes and want more, be sure to join The Staten Island Family Recipes Facebook group for daily updates.

Thank you Karen

Ingredients

Half cup oats,
half cup fat-free cottage cheese,
two eggs,
one teaspoon vanilla,
one teaspoon cinnamon and
half teaspoon baking powder.

instructions

I mix it up in a blender because I don’t particularly like the texture of the oats if not Blended but that’s just personal choice. Cook them up like typical pancakes and then top with fresh fruit.

notes

I will also top with sugar free maple syrup which adds one point.

I also will sometimes add healthy seeds like a flax / chia / hemp blend for some added omega’s. That also adds 1 point.

I also will make an extra batch while the other one is cooking and keep it in the fridge for using it later in the week.

Absolutely appreciate your determination in providing us the recipes. Your recipes help in making healthy eating easy. Is it possible to calculate the calories. Or, maybe I need to better understand how to track a recipe portion on the WW app. Please tell me how to do the tracking.

    I need your help💙
