Dessert quesadillas are great way to make a perfectly portioned treat for one! What’s so great about this recipe is that you could throw it together in a moment’s notice because almost any fruit you have on hand will work too! Try it with either strawberries, apples or peaches.

So I tried it today. And the lady was right, it’s a game changer! It taste like you just went to the bakery—not kidding! It is definitely a must try.

My husband absolutely loved it as well!

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 fat free, low carb tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon of fat free cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free strawberry preserves

Directions

  • Get your low carb wrap and spread your cream cheese on your wrap (no judgement on the thickness of your layer 😂)
  • Spread some low sugar or sugar free preserves on it
  • Then just fold in half.
  • Wrap it up and sautee in a pan on both sides in cooking spray until toasty brown.

Enjoy! The outside of the wrap literally turns to a flaky pastry. It was SO good and loaded with filling fiber.
