Frozen Chocolate Banana Bars

Frozen Chocolate Banana Bars makes 5 servings each serving is one weight watchers point 

These easy four ingredient “bars” are a fruit-based spin on a candy bar. bananas are topped with gooey caramel, rich chocolate, and crunchy pecans . They go into the freezer for a few minutes to set the chocolate—or long enough to completely freeze the fruit (for a refreshing hot-weather treat).

Ingredients 

  • Banana
    2 medium, 1/4 each
  • Great Value Pecan Halves 2 Tbsp
  • Lily’s Semi-Sweet Style Baking Chips
    30 chip(s)
  • Jordan’s Skinny Sauces Salted Caramel Sauce Topping
    1 Tbsp

 

Instructions

  1. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. Arrange the banana slices on the pan 
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips on High until melted and smooth, about 1 minute, stopping to stir every 20 seconds. Drizzle the chocolate evenly over the banana slices and gently spread to cover Sprinkle evenly with the caramel sauce. cut up pecan halves and sprinkle over the banana slices. Freeze until fully firm, at least 1 hour. 
  3. Serving size: 1 piece
