Fudge brownies with ice cream
3 points
I’ve been putting off making the Fudge brownies with ice cream from Pillsbury zero sugar cake mix because I don’t love the taste of sugar free things. Well, my mind had been changed!

I followed this recipe brownies are two points each. topped with ice cream the brownies are three points each!
Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury zero sugar brownie mix (2pts per 1/12 serving)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- Add 1/4 up vanilla bean halo top to each serving)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and pour batter into baking dish. We love these non-stick 9 x 13 baking pans.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
So 3 pts per brownie and they are soooo good. I don’t taste the “sugar free” taste.
Note, these are NOT cake like brownies. These are about 1/2 inch thick and taste more like dense fudge.
Give it a try if that sounds good to you! makes 12 servings

Please, please, put pan, and muffin sizes in the instructions!! I never know what size cake pan or muffin tin to use to get the sizes you do.
Yesterday, I was actually analyzing various keto pastry recipes and comparing the chemical properties of alternative sugars to achieve the perfect texture, and I ended up with my head so overwhelmed by molecular substitutions and nutritional charts that I needed a total break. A colleague recommended I check out avia masters and I took advantage of the bonuses for Italy they have now. I started with a losing streak, but on the last move, I won a prize that boosted my mood.
