Individual cottage cheesecakes

Wow delicious. No crust Zero points. I made the large one from WW, but it was too much. I used the recipe below from youtube

The main ingredient in this dessert is nonfat cottage cheese, which purees to a smooth texture and lends the dessert a flavor similar to cream cheese.

This makes 4 servings and each serving is zero weight watchers points!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fat free Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 TBS  (I used Splenda to make Zero points)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add ingredients to a blender.
  3. Spray Ramekin dishes and disperse mixture evenly into each Ramekin. Bake for 20 mins
  4. Set to cool, then refrigerate add topping of choice and enjoy.

PS toppings are points added 😊 you can add 4 or 5 grams of sugar free cheesecake to give it some extra kick!
