This Lite banana foster French toast is amazing! This is such a quick and easy meal that my family loves!

Recipe makes two slices each slice is two points or four points for the entire recipe

Ingredients

Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
Almond extract
1/4 tsp
Banana
1 medium
Giant Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp
Sara Lee Delightful 45 Calories white bread
2 slice(s)
Egg
3 items) (large)
I can’t believe it’s not butter
1 tablespoon
Cooking spray

instructions

To make the French toast Mix egg, Vanilla. Then dip each piece of bread into the mixture, and cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat until lightly brown.

Melt the i can’t believe it’s not butter in a saucepan. Add the diced bananas and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Gently stir the bananas while they cook. Add the brown sugar, vanilla. Stir and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 2 minutes. I hope you enjoy!

Equally divide bananas on top of the French toast slices.

You can also make the banana foster to put on pancakes.
