Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

I made these pumpkin chocolate chip muffins tonight and whoa!! They are honestly SO good and a cinch to make.

Truth be told, I am not a fan of artificial sweetener but these have NO weird taste or after taste! I will definitely be making these again!

Here’s how to make them:
Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury ZERO sugar yellow cake mix (we found it under $3/free shipping here)
- 1 15 oz. can pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 36 lilys chocolate chips (added three chips to each muffin)
(can tweak the spices to your liking)
Instructions
- Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups.
- Fill each one evenly. They will be full!!! Bake at 350° for 25 minutes!
Makes 3 weight watchers point muffins- 15 muffins in total They are moist and delicious!!! Give them a try!!! 👏🏻🧁
