Thanks to Nikki

Pumpkin seasonnnnnnn 😋 and I’m riding the wave until I can’t anymore! I eat mine cold but you can heat them up if that’s your preference!

Ingredients:

•½ cup old-fashioned oats (uncooked)

•½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

•¼ cup canned pumpkin puree

•1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (we love this cheap organic one that’s $5/free shipping for a good-sized bottle!)

•1 to 2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional, adjust for taste)

•½ tsp vanilla extract

•Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1.In a mason jar or small container with a lid, combine oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt.

2.Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

3.Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

4.In the morning, give it a good stir. and pour into a bowl  Add your favorite toppings like a dollop of whipped topping, crushed nuts, or extra cinnamon.

5. Serve chilled or warm in the microwave if preferred.

Points Information:

•Depending on the brand of ingredients used, this recipe is approximately 3 WW Points per serving (without toppings).

Enjoy this seasonal twist on overnight oats!
