Enjoy this Rice cakes with cheese as a light breakfast or afternoon snack. Or double up on the toppings and pair with a salad for lunch.

Rice Cakes with Cheese

If you can’t find cottage cheese, swap it out for farmers cheese in its place.

If you love toast, try rice cakes instead! Rice cakes are a wonderful bread substitute since they don’t get soggy and maintain their crunch.
