This Two ingredient dough Homemade Pizza with all the Toppings is the tastiest way to get rid of those veggie leftovers!
Thanks to Alexandra Ugarte Jorgensen for sharing her pics with us
My dad was the KING of leftovers. In other words… he could find a way to take a piece of crusted three day old bread, four day old cheese and weave the two of them into a culinary leftover masterpiece- with it tasting so incredibly succulent- anyone would be hard pressed when questioned as to whether or not that was a dish created from several day old leftovers.
My dad was also born in a work camp during the Holocaust, and so having lived through that kind of horror-his entire existence was colored and shadowed by that experience. Nothing was taken for granted- every day was a glorious wonderful gift and all food, the sustenance of life was revered, treasured and not just cavalierly cast off in the garbage.
I know what you’re thinking– who likes to eat leftovers- I can BARELY get my kids to eat food hot off the stove (and believe me I EMPATHIZE with you- because I have my own picky eater living with me!). And so we often will make chicken salad with leftover chicken and throw those leftover veggies into a stew.
Still, if you are willing to brave the naysayers ( those being your kidlets) and try and spice up those leftovers-
#1 Leftover veggies are great leftovers – in omelets, lasagna, stew, frittata, gazpacho and in Two ingredient dough Homemade Pizza with all the Toppings
This 2 ingredient pizza is made with homemade sauce (canned tomatoes, garlic and spices), low fat mozz cheese and leftover veggies.
Topped with some fresh parsley. For me this is about 5 points for the whole pizza. It’s the size of a dinner plate and it is amazing!!!!!
This pizza makes 5 servings each is 1 point on my WW pp!

(two ingredient dough is basically Self rising flour and Greek yogurt)
I made super thin crust so “the whole pizza” was 1/4c of flour and 1/4 of yogurt.
My “whole” pizza crust was 1/3 c self rising flour (if not self rising, add 1 tsp baking powder), 1/3 c non fat Greek yogurt. Spray cookie sheet with pan, spread out on sheet add low-fat cheese, leftover Onions, peppers, mushrooms and parsley and bake at 450 for about 5 mins

Recipe Notes
This pizza makes 5 servings each is 1 point on my WW pp!
I am confused as to how this whole pie can only be 5 points, as stated, when the flour is 4 points, the yogurt is 1 point, and the cheese is 2 points? That adds up to 7 points in my head! Am I missing something?
if you click i’m on the link it will take you to your ww app where the points for each ingredient will pop up for you. when i entered the ingredients and servings in my app these are the points values
we if u use the 1 cup each the entire dough is only 12 points.
u can divide that up however u want it
She only used 1/3 cup of SR flour and plain yogurt to make her pizza dough. Dropping points to 3. Plain yogurt is 0 points on my plan. 2 for the cheese. That’s how I am looking at it. Sounds amazing though. I will try this one.
I would bake the crust first and then add the toppings and continue to bake until the cheese is melted
