Oh my goodness.. these very berry muffins are good!!! These are just 1 weight watchers point each.

I sprinkled mine with a little bit of swerve brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

And fair warning– don’t use paper liners. They stick so bad.. 😭😭

Next time I’ll either spray the pan or use my silicone liners. 1 pt each! Could drizzle a little bit of sugar free syrup over them! Next time I’m gonna add a little vanilla bean paste too!!

so good!! Had 2 with 2 hard boiled eggs!! Perfect protein packed breakfast!!❤️❤️

Ingredients

– 1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix (buttermilk & honey)
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
– 1 mashed banana
– 1 cup blueberries

Bake 20-25 min at 375
Makes 10 regular sized muffins
1 point per muffin
