we love this recipe for whole wheat blueberry muffins
It makes 14 muffins and each is one weight watchers point

ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 c lakanto golden monk fruit sugar
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c fat free Greek yogurt
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
2c fresh blueberries

Instructions

Mix together

2 eggs
1/2 c lakanto golden monk fruit sugar
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c fat free Greek yogurt
1 t vanilla

Separately mix together
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 t
baking powder
3/4 t salt

Then slowly add dry ingredients to wet. Then add 2c fresh blueberries mixed in by hand.
Fill silicone cupcake cups.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min

Makes 14 muffins
1 Ww points each
