Yogurt Cake with Blueberries

I made this yogurt cake with blueberries last night. It serves 10 and each slice is 1 weight watchers point. I added blueberries and it’s delicious!

ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp  table salt 
Blueberries (optional)
instructions
preheat oven to 350°.
Add parchment paper to an 8 inch cake pan and spray with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour into the cake pan.
If adding blueberries, toss with flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the cake.
Drop blueberries on top of the cake and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Serves 10, one point per serving.
