Thanks to Kristin for the mouth-watering recipe and clever idea!

Ingredients

  • ½ medium raw russet potato
  • ¼ tsp table salt
  • 2 pinches of freshly ground black pepper (or more if you like your chips a little zippy)
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 packet of ranch dip (these packets are perfectly sized and 69 cents each with free shipping!)

Instructions

  • With a mandolin or v slicer, cut the potato into thin ridged slices. Coat both sides of potato slices with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. If you don’t have a mandolin, this veggie chopper is cheap and gets the job done perfectly!
  • Arrange in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 9 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and let cool completely to crisp up. Repeat with remaining potato slices.

dip is 1 cup nonfat yogurt, mix in packet of ranch dip!
