These Blueberry Oat Muffins have just four ingredients and so easy to make! Loads of filling fiber make these healthy, too! Each muffin is basically less than one Weight Watchers point and all four muffins have just two Weight Watchers points.

I love that these muffins don’t need any artificial sweeteners and are still super delish! These hearty, sweet muffins come together so quickly and easily; you can have a batch ready in just about 15 minutes.
There’s no special equipment needed, and all you have to do is stir everything together before letting the muffins bake away in the oven. If you can resist, try to let them cool completely before biting into one so they have time to set. You can use any fruit in these muffins; the recipe is very versatile. Feel free to try them with apples, or pears for example.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of oats (I buy these giant containers of old fashioned oats under $3 with free shipping)
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 banana
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray your muffin tin and add mixture into four cups dividing evenly
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven.

Other people have added cinnamon and vanilla to theirs.
It made 4 muffins and they are yummy.
