Weight Watchers Best Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 cps unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp five spice
- 6 slices of whatever 1 point a slice bread you like best (we love this affordable Five Spice Powder that’s great on everything from French toast to chicken)
Instructions
- Whisk all these ingredients together & cube up 6 slices of whatever 1 point a slice bread you like/find
- Pour mixture over bread in a 9″ by 9″ pan and bake in a water bath at 350 F for about an hour (be sure to watch it in the oven)
- If you really want to go wild, top with fresh or frozen sliced strawberries—yum!
Recipe makes nine servings is only 1 Weight Watchers point per serving
