Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos
Thank you so much to Peggy Benso Gabor for sharing her recipe and pics with us!
What I love about this recipe is that it satisfies your taco craving without the guilt and you can really dress it up with your own toppings and sauces depending on your Weight Watchers personal points.
This recipe came out to one point per taco! Keep reading for all the delish Deets!
Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos
Cut up a head of cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
Spray pieces with Pam and add salt and pepper.
Roast at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
When they come out toss them in a bowl with two tablespoons of Frank’s Buffalo wing sauce (comes to zero WW PP)
The tortillas I use are 1 point each and the brand is La Banderita (I got them at Safeway) they are zero carbs!
They are the perfect taco size! I put green onion slivers on top but you could dress it with a little wasabi sauce or even a ranch just check your points!
Each taco is just one point!
