No bake high fiber peanut butter chocolate protein balls

Thanks to Weigh less Jess for this delicious creation — these  homemade fiberone pb2 Balls are the perfect anytime snack!

Keep reading for the delish deets!

No bake high fiber peanut butter chocolate protein balls

Ingredients

95 Lily’s chocolate chips 3 points

2 tblspns of Pb2

2 fiber one bars

sea salt

They are High Fiber and High Protein as well as Low Sugar using lilys sweets chocolate.
I used the cinnamon coffee cake bar because I didn’t have any chocolate ones left!

Directions:
mix 2 tblspns of Pb2 with water (making powdered peanut butter from PB2 is simple. We recommend mixing a ratio of 2 tablespoons of PB2 powder to 1.5 tablespoon of water) and then crumble 2 fiber one bars into it and mix it. That will yield 6 balls. Microwave your chocolate chips in a bowl in 30 second intervals stirring every time you check. Only needs one minutes.

Once I coat it in the chocolate I sprinkle with sea salt and put in the fridge. Super easy. And really satisfying.

On Weight Watchers this recipe is
5 points for 3 protein balls!

10 points for the entire recipe!
