  • 2 egg(s) 0 Points
  • 5spray(s)cooking spray 0 Points
  • 1cup(s)fresh blueberries 0 Points
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon 0 Points

Directions:

  1. Whisk two eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add cinnamon to egg mixture.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture till fully coated.
  4. Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
  5. Brown up both slices of bread until golden brown.
  6. pour blueberries into yogurt container- mix thoroughly.
  7. Spread yogurt mixture onto one slice of bread. Cover with the second slice.

    haha. I LOVE this. You know dinner is the NEW breakfast lol. Cause we all eat breakfast foods for dinner or vice. But OMG. I soooo love a French Toast. I just got done reading a recipe on waffles and now I am going to give this one a try. I thank you so much for sharing this. Looks very GOOD!

    This looks so delicious! I like that it isn’t just french toast lathered in butter and syrup, and there’s a little more to it. I haven’t made my own french toast in the long time, and I love the idea of having it for dinner.

    Looks like a very good french toast. I have tried making such but not yet with blueberry flavor. Indeed a perfect breakfast or even snack.

    We love French toast for breakfast! I have to say that I haven’t had the stuffed version before but really have to give it a try. I love recipes that are delicious but healthy too.
