Weight Watchers Low-Sugar Skillet Pie Brownies

These chewy, delicious low-sugar skillet pie brownies are just two weight watchers points each! They’re a satisfying, decadent treat you’ll quickly grow obsessed with.

And if you love this recipe, be sure to check out our Weight Watchers Miracle Muffins.

Rather than waiting for the brownie to cool before cutting, a skillet brownie is made for digging into right away. Warm gooey brownie goodness that tastes like a restaurant dessert!

Each batch makes 16 servings. Thanks to Shara for sharing with us!

Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar free brownie mix—I happen to love this Good Dee’s Sugar Free Brownie Mix
  • 1 Mott’s Unsweetened applesauce snack cup
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • Cooking spray

Gear you’ll need

I’m partial to using this 6.5″ skillet. You can also use a vintage cast iron skillet if you have one—just make sure it’s well-seasoned.

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients
  • Pour batter into the prepared skillet (coat bottom of skillet with cooking spray)
  • Bake for 30-32 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Notes: Do not overbake—the brownie will taste a little dry. Err on the side of underbaking, which gives you that gooey brownie center. All ovens and skillets are different, so keep an eye on it after 28 minutes and use the toothpick test to see when it’s finished.
