I love pizza!! I made zucchini pizza bagel bites. Whole pan is only 4 weight watchers points!!

Did someone say pizza? These little cheesy bites with marinara are so good, you (almost) won’t miss the dough!

Made with zucchini as a base, this recipe is perfect as an appetizer, afternoon snack, or whenever you’re in the mood for something cheesy and warm. Whip them up in 15 minutes or less and get a quick pizza fix!

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini sliced (0 points)
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil (1 point)
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning (0 pts)
  • 1/4 cup raos marinara (2pts)
  • 1/2c fat free mozzarella (1 pt)

Instructions

Slice zucchini, toss in a bag with olive oil and Italian seasoning. Shake to coat.

Cook in oven on 375 for 12 minutes. Take out, add marinara and cheese, pop back in the oven for 2-3 minute to melt the cheese! Could also add other vegetable toppings
