These Small Batch Pumpkin Spice Baked Donuts are the quintessential fall pumpkin treat!

Small Batch Pumpkin Spice Baked Donuts

Ingredients 
1/2 cup of self rising flour (64 grams)
¼ cup of pumpkin
1/8 cup of white granulated sweetener
½ tsp of vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 ¼ tsp of pumpkin spice (divided)
½ tsp of golden sweetener

Instructions 

Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease 3 donut wells Whisk in a medium/smallish bowl egg, white sweetener, pumpkin, 1 tsp of pumpkin spice, mix in vanilla. Add flour and whisk until well combined and smooth. Spoon evenly into donut wells. Bake 12-15 minutes.
Mix together golden sweetener and ¼ tsp of pumpkin spice in a small bowl. Sprinkle over “right out of the oven” donuts. Let cool in pan for a few minutes, remove and enjoy warm!!!
Store in fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
